Brownies with coconut (a la David Lebovitz)

There is not a lot to be told about this recipe. First, it is full of chocolate (I know - brownies - full of chocolate? Who would have thought). Second, it contains a coconut for a special kick. And third, the recipe had been tested by a great blogger  David Lebovitz, which for me means that the cake is gonna be freaking awesome. Hm, next (what number should follow - yeah, but there is not a lot to be told...),  everybody really adored these brownies. And last, this is idiot resistance recipe - really, you cannot "screw" this one.
